Second Front – 1944 is a sequential game of 9 different battles on the Western Front in 1944, spanning D-Day in June to The Battle of the Ardennes/Bulge in December. Each of the battles is played with a different scenario and board, using numerous types of units in the U.S. and German armies. The game is historically based and uses charts that have unit matchups and the effects of terrain, such as high ground and woods.

Here is the list of battles included in the game: 1. Vierville/Omaha Beach, 2. Carentan, 3. The Bocage, 4. Avranches/Cobra, 5. Arracourt, 6. Nijmegen/Market Garden, 7. Hurtgen Forest, 8. Malmedy, 9. Bastogne.
